  • ·Fewer than 2 independent price sources are configured.
  • ·No legal sign-off for token payments has been recorded.

Access by holding

Not open

Off. Holding the token unlocks nothing until the contract, chain, minimum and legal review are confirmed and recorded. No address is assumed.

  • Wallets are linked by signing a message: no transaction, no gas, never a seed phrase.
  • Balances are read by our server from the configured chain and contract, checking the chain ID, the contract code and its decimals.
  • One reading never counts. The balance must stay at the minimum across the whole observation period.
  • Unlinking the wallet ends the access straight away. Holders are counted apart from paying subscribers.

Utility rules

  • Free coreSecurity, sign-in, watchlists, alerts, evidence, the Live feed, the Daily Brief and the signal ledger never require holding any token.
  • What it pays forA fixed period of Pro, Alpha or Research, or a pack of research credits. Each is priced in dollars; the token amount is computed by INSIDER at quote time, never by your browser.
  • How the price is setThe median of at least 2 independent sources, each a 30-minute time-weighted average with at least $100k of liquidity. If sources disagree by more than 3%, or any is older than 5 minutes, no quote is issued.
  • How payment is checkedYou send the quoted amount from your own wallet. Access starts only after INSIDER reads the transfer from the chain and it is final. A transaction hash can be used once.
  • CustodyINSIDER never asks for a seed phrase or private key and never moves funds from your wallet. Every transfer is one you sign yourself.
  • No profit rightsHolding a token would give no claim on INSIDER's revenue, trading results or assets, and no return is promised.
  • No manufactured demandNo wash trading, paid volume or market-making designed to suggest demand.
  • Published, not claimedSupply, allocations, treasury movements and contract addresses would be published here with links to the chain explorer, the moment they exist.

Buyback accounting

Inactive
  • Realized profit (closed, settled)$0
  • Unrealized gains (never counted)$0
  • Less operating costs$0
  • Less required reserve$0
  • Times policy fraction (0%)$0
  • Eligible for buyback$0

The calculation only ever starts from realized, settled profit in a real account, after costs and a required reserve. Unrealized gains and simulated results, including everything in INSIDER Alpha and the signal ledger, never count.

Blocked by: Legal review is not complete; No approved buyback policy. INSIDER has no live trading account, so realized profit is $0.

A buyback would not be promised to raise any price, and no buyback has ever happened.

Risks

  • PriceA token's price can fall to zero. Buying $INSIDER to resell it is speculation, and INSIDER does not support it.
  • No returnsHolding $INSIDER pays nothing, earns nothing and is not a share of INSIDER. Usage of INSIDER does not raise its price.
  • IrreversibleOn-chain transfers cannot be undone. Send only the quoted amount, from a wallet you control, on Robinhood Chain.
  • RegulationRules for tokens differ by country and are changing. Calling a token a utility does not settle its legal status. Payments open only after a recorded legal review.
  • TaxesSpending a token can be a taxable disposal where you live. INSIDER does not give tax advice.
